2010 Bb. Pilipinas Universe Venus Raj now has another title to keep--4th Runner-Up at the 2010 Miss Universe Pageant.
The 22-year old stunner from Bicol ended the 11-year drought for the Philippines as she placed 5th among 83 delegates in the most prestigious pageant in the world.
Mexico's Jimena Navarrete clinched the title of Miss Universe in a glittering show at the Mandalay Bay Resorts and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
